There is a gap between payment and service.
That gap is where your money disappears.
It happens in car washes, laundries, gyms, salons, restaurants, and canteens — every day, at scale, across every role. The owner never sees it until the damage is already done.
💸
A worker performs a service and pockets the cash. No record. No alert.
🔁
A cashier takes payment and skips the system. Revenue disappears silently.
🚫
A void is raised on a legitimate job. Money is split. Nobody notices.
📵
The internet drops. Everything stops. Or worse — continues, unrecorded.
How it works
Three layers that make
unrecorded revenue impossible
01
Choose your payment flow
In Prepay, payment is collected first and a token is issued. The customer presents that token at the service point — no token, no service. In Postpay, the job starts and a token is issued when work begins. Payment is collected when the job is done. Both modes run simultaneously — no mode is ever locked out.
🎫 Prepay🧾 Postpay
02
Every action is named and logged
Every token, every job, every void is recorded against a real name — not an anonymous login. In multi-staff workspaces, each worker opens a personal PIN session on the shared floor tablet. In solo workspaces, you are the record. The system never accepts actions without a named actor.
03
The owner sees everything, live
Live dashboard. Revenue by payment method. Cash expected vs cash declared. Service mismatches flagged instantly. End-of-day reconciliation done automatically. Ask Àdá — the AI business assistant — any question about your data and get an instant answer. No spreadsheets. No arguing over numbers. This is true whether you have one portal or four.
04
Works when the internet does not
Tokens are cached on the device. Staff can verify tokens and start jobs without internet. The system syncs automatically the moment connectivity returns — no lost records, no manual catch-up.
Workspace types
One product. Three configurations.
Pick what fits your operation.

Topzalt adapts to how your business is staffed. Every workspace type gets the same core engine — token accountability, reconciliation, and live owner visibility. What changes is the number of portals, the staff model, and the access structure.

🧍
Solo
You are the business
Solo workspace
One person. One portal. Full accountability. You run the services yourself, collect payment yourself, and monitor your own performance through daily insights and AI analysis. Solo is not a limited version — it is the complete system condensed for one operator.
Right for you if You own and personally deliver the services. You have no staff to manage. You want daily data on your own performance — revenue, peak hours, service patterns, cash reconciliation — without anyone else involved. A solo barber, a one-person laundry, a single-chair salon, an owner-operated food stand.
Portals included

Duo
Owner + one staff member
Duo workspace
Two people. Two portals. The owner monitors from a dedicated dashboard while one combined operator-and-floor account handles all service and payment actions. Built for small operations where the owner is present but needs clear separation between oversight and execution.
Right for you if You own the business and are physically present, but you have one person — a spouse, a sibling, a trusted employee — who runs the counter and the floor. You want to see what they are doing in real time without sitting over their shoulder. A small car wash, a home salon with one stylist, a two-person laundry, a kiosk with one cashier.
Portals included
duo-owner.html opfloor.html
The owner dashboard gives you full visibility and controls. The opfloor portal gives your staff a combined operator and floor view — both prepay and postpay panels always on screen.
What you get
Separate owner and operator-floor portals
Named staff with PIN-based floor sessions
Token issuance — prepay and postpay both panels always visible
Live feed on owner dashboard
Internal messaging between portals

Standard
Full multi-staff operation
Standard workspace
Four fully separated portals for four distinct roles. The owner monitors everything. The operator manages payment collection. The floor tablet handles service delivery with named PIN sessions per worker. An optional supervisor adds an independent verification layer between service and payment. This is Topzalt at full capability.
Right for you if You run a business where multiple staff handle different roles and you are not always present on the floor. You need to know who did what, when, and what they were paid — in real time. A car wash with a cashier and two washers, a salon with three stylists, a busy restaurant, a gym with trainers and a front desk. Any operation where no single person does everything.
Portals included
owner.html operator.html floor.html supervisor.html
Supervisor portal is optional. Add it when you need an independent confirmation step between service delivery and payment collection.
What you get
Four purpose-built portals, fully role-separated
Named PIN sessions per worker on the floor tablet
Supervisor verification layer — catches mismatches before payment

Not sure which workspace fits?
Answer these questions.

Each question maps your situation to a workspace. If your answers span two categories, go with the higher one — you can always start smaller and upgrade.

Question 1
Who delivers the service — you or hired staff?
Solo I personally deliver every service. No staff on the floor.
Duo One person handles the floor. I watch and manage.
Standard Multiple staff — different people handle payment, service, and oversight.
Question 2
Do you need to separate the person who collects payment from the person who performs the service?
Solo No. I do both. Payment and service are the same action for me.
Duo Somewhat. One person does both, but I want to see it from the outside.
Standard Yes. The cashier and the floor worker are different people. This separation is the whole point.
Question 3
How many people will log into Topzalt in a typical day?
Solo Just me. One login. One person running everything.
Duo Two — me (owner dashboard) and one staff member (combined portal).
Standard Three or more. Operator, floor workers by PIN, possibly a supervisor, and me.
Question 4
Do you need someone to independently verify that the right service was performed before payment is collected?
Solo No. I am the service and the record. No one to verify except me reviewing my own data.
Duo Not yet. The operation is small enough that I can spot issues in the daily report.
Standard Yes. I need a supervisor who can flag mismatches in real time — before money changes hands.
Every workspace. Every tier.
These never change.
🎫
Prepay & Postpay — always both
Both payment modes are available at all times. Prepay issues a token after payment is collected. Postpay starts a job first and collects payment on completion. The workspace mode setting is a default, not a restriction.
🔐
Named PIN sessions
Every job, every void, every token is logged against a real name. Floor workers open personal PIN sessions on the shared tablet. No shared logins. No anonymous actions. Solo users are automatically the named actor on every record.
🚫
Controlled void workflow
Every void requires a reason and is routed for review. In Standard, the supervisor reviews voids independently. In Duo and Solo, the owner reviews them. Voids cannot be quietly erased — every one is permanently logged.
✏️
Owner corrections
Wrong service recorded, wrong staff logged, wrong amount — the owner can correct any token record. Every correction is permanently timestamped and appears in reconciliation as owner-amended. The audit trail is never broken.
Ask Àdá — AI assistant
Ask anything about your business in plain language. Revenue today, peak service hours, suspicious patterns, top service — Àdá reads your live data and answers instantly. Available on all plans above the base tier.
📊
Daily reconciliation
End-of-day cash expected vs cash declared, postpay balance outstanding, payment method breakdown, and token-by-token audit. Automatic. No manual counting. Available on every workspace type and every tier.
📶
Offline operation
Tokens are cached on the device. Service can continue without internet. The system syncs the moment connectivity returns — no lost records, no manual catch-up. Core feature on all plans.
🔒
Surprise cash count
Available on Duo Growth and Standard Growth and above. Freeze the operator's or opfloor screen from your phone at any moment. Request an immediate cash declaration. The result is locked and logged with a timestamp.
Industry templates
One product. Seven industries.
Ready in minutes.

Select your industry at signup. Role names, terminology, and a starter service catalogue are pre-loaded for all three workspace types. The same industry works in Solo, Duo, or Standard — the structure adapts to your staffing model.

How to get started with
your workspace type

Each workspace type has a different setup path. These guides walk you through from signup to first live token — step by step, in plain language.

1
Sign up and choose Solo workspace
Visit topzalt.adadid.com and click Get started. When asked for your workspace type, select Solo. This creates a single-user workspace — no team members, no additional portals. Choose your industry from the pre-loaded templates (car wash, salon, laundry, gym, restaurant, events, canteen). Your starter service catalogue loads automatically — you can edit it before going live.
2
Open the unified portal on your device
Once your account is confirmed, you will be directed to unified.html — your single portal. This is the only URL you need. It contains three view tabs: Operator (for issuing tokens and collecting payment), Floor (for starting and completing jobs), and Owner (for reviewing your dashboard and daily reports). Bookmark this URL or add it to your phone's home screen. This is your Topzalt.
3
Configure your services and prices
In the Owner tab, open Settings, then Services. Your starter catalogue is pre-loaded from the industry template. Edit prices to match your actual rates. Add any services not already listed. Disable services you do not offer. These services are what appear in the token issuance form — every token is linked to a specific service at a recorded price.
4
Issue your first token
Go to the Operator tab. Select a service from the dropdown, enter the customer's name (optional but recommended), choose Prepay or Postpay, and tap Issue Token. A unique token code is generated and displayed. If Prepay, the customer has paid and holds this code. If Postpay, you have started the job and the code will be presented when payment is collected. The token is now live in your system and will appear in your Owner dashboard immediately.
5
Complete the job and close the day
Switch to the Floor tab to mark the job as completed. For postpay, this is also where you verify and collect payment. At the end of your working day, open the Owner tab and run End-of-Day. Topzalt shows you expected cash vs declared cash, all tokens issued, completed jobs, voids (if any), and your total revenue. Review the reconciliation, declare your cash count, and close the day. This record is permanently saved to your account — accessible any time via the reports section.
Going offline: If your internet drops during a shift, keep working. Tokens continue to function — they are cached on your device. The system will sync all records automatically when your connection returns. No action is required from you.
1
Sign up and choose Duo workspace
At signup, select Duo as your workspace type. Choose your industry. Your workspace will be created with two portal access levels — owner and operator-floor. During setup you will be prompted to create one operator-floor account (the login your staff member will use). Set a username and password for that account. You are the owner — your login goes to duo-owner.html. Your staff member's login goes to opfloor.html.
2
Set up your services and add floor workers
Log into your owner portal (duo-owner.html) and open Settings. Configure your service catalogue — names, prices, and which services are active. Then go to Staff. Even in a Duo workspace, individual floor workers can log into the opfloor portal using PINs — this means their actions are recorded under their specific name, not just the shared account. Add their names and assign each a 4-digit PIN. Workers do not need a separate login — they tap their name and enter their PIN on the opfloor portal when their shift starts.
3
Give your staff member access to opfloor.html
Share the opfloor.html URL with your staff member and give them the operator-floor account credentials you created at signup. This is their portal. It shows two panels at all times: the Prepay panel (for issuing tokens after payment) and the Postpay panel (for starting jobs and recording services). They switch between panels depending on the customer — there is no mode to set or toggle. Both are always visible on the same screen.
4
Monitor from your owner dashboard
Open duo-owner.html on your own phone or device. You will see a live feed of every token issued, every job started, and every payment collected — updated in real time. You do not need to be physically present. Revenue figures, job counts, and staff activity are visible at a glance. On Growth and Pro tiers you can also trigger a surprise cash count — tap the Cash Count button in your dashboard to freeze your staff member's screen and request an immediate cash declaration. The result is locked and recorded with a timestamp.
5
Run end-of-day reconciliation
At the end of the shift, your staff member opens the End of Day section on opfloor.html and declares the cash in hand. You see this declaration on your owner dashboard immediately. Topzalt compares expected cash (from all recorded prepay transactions) against declared cash. Discrepancies are flagged. Postpay balances are separated out. You review the full token-by-token reconciliation, approve it, and close the day. The record is saved permanently — you can retrieve any past day from the Reports section of your owner portal.
Void workflow in Duo: If your staff member needs to cancel a token or job, they tap Void on the relevant record and select a reason. This void goes to your owner dashboard as an alert — you review and approve or reject it. Voids that are rejected remain as active records. All voids, approved or rejected, are permanently logged with the reason and timestamp.
1
Sign up and choose Standard workspace
At signup, select Standard. Choose your industry. Your workspace is created with four portal access levels. During setup you will create operator account credentials (for the staff member handling payment and token issuance) and optionally create a supervisor account (for independent service verification). Floor workers do not get separate login accounts — they use PINs on the shared floor tablet. You are the owner — your credentials always open owner.html.
2
Configure services and add all floor staff
Log into owner.html and open Settings. Configure your service catalogue — names, prices, and active status. Then open Staff Management. Add every floor worker who will use the system — name and 4-digit PIN. These are the people whose names will appear on every job record. The floor tablet (floor.html) shows all active staff names. Each worker taps their name and enters their PIN to open a personal session. Multiple workers can open sessions simultaneously — each session is tracked separately.
3
Set up the four devices and portals
Assign each portal to a dedicated device where possible. The owner dashboard (owner.html) is typically the owner's personal phone. The operator portal (operator.html) is the device at the cashier point — the person collecting payment and issuing tokens. The floor tablet (floor.html) is the shared device on the service floor — mounted or passed between workers as needed. The supervisor portal (supervisor.html) is optional — open it on any phone, give it to the person whose role is to verify services before payment. Each portal uses role-specific session keys, so logging into one portal on a shared device will not affect another portal's session.
4
Understand the token flow
In Prepay: Operator collects payment → issues token → customer takes token to the floor → floor worker verifies token and starts job → supervisor (if active) confirms service → job marked complete. In Postpay: Floor worker starts job and issues token → supervisor (if active) confirms service performed → operator collects payment when customer presents token. Both flows are available simultaneously — the operator and floor portals each show both prepay and postpay panels at all times. Nobody has to switch modes. The job's payment type is set at the point of issuance.
5
Review, alert, and close the day
As owner, your dashboard shows a live feed of everything. Service mismatches (supervisor flags) are highlighted. Void requests from the operator appear in your alert inbox. On Growth and Business tiers, the Surprise Cash Count button is in your dashboard — tap it to freeze the operator's screen and request an immediate declaration. At end of shift, the operator declares cash in the End of Day panel on operator.html. You review reconciliation from your owner portal — expected vs declared, postpay outstanding, revenue by method, and a full token-by-token audit. Approve and close. The record is permanently saved.
Using the supervisor portal: The supervisor is not required to use Topzalt. You can run Standard without a supervisor — the system simply skips the verification step. When you do add a supervisor, they receive a confirmation request for every completed job before payment is collected. If they mark a mismatch (the service performed does not match the token), you receive an automatic alert on your owner dashboard before any money changes hands. Supervisors cannot issue tokens, collect payment, or modify records — their role is observation and confirmation only.

The money is there.
You are just not seeing it yet.

Every day without Topzalt is another day the gap is open. Set up in under a day. Staff trained in minutes. Most owners find their first discrepancy within the first week.
